This was another celebration dinner.  Alex and I had the whole day baby free!  We got a couple's massage, went shopping, met with Karen and her friends, and ended the day with a movie.  So fun!

Happy Thanksgiving

We had such a nice Thanksgiving.  Adriane and Ryan, cousins of Alex, were so gracious to host it in their beautiful home in Cypress that sits on the water.  The cute polka dot dress was hand made by one of Alex's cousins, Jan.  Isn't it too cute?

Brooklynn's 1st Birthday Party

Yesterday Brooklynn had her first birthday party.  It was so much fun!  Lots of family and friends came to celebrate.  As you can see, she loved her cake!  We had a cowgirl theme and so Aunt Robin and Uncle Blake gave her first horsey...which she also loves.

Brooklynn rode a real horse!  One of my students has horses and so we went over to their house to take pictures of Brooklynn for her 1 year portrait.  Alex's mom made her cowgirl outfit and the boots she is wearing are the same boots Alex wore when he turned 1!
